A thought about collective mind

Posted on Oct 12th, 2007 by Nono : whatever Nono

I had this profound experience about collective consciousness and how it will become to work in our lives. It was one of those moments when you just know, it comes in you like there were a force that lifted the curtain in front of a view.

Collective mind - it means that I am you and you are me, we are one, right? What does it mean? Well, this experience I had, when totally connected and ‘sending', let us pretend that it is a "bad" thought we send (more effective to describe). In that very second I send my thought it comes back to me - it either hurt or make me feel good. Therefore I cannot project negative thoughts, yet lesser deeds against anyone, because I'm doing it to me.

There will be neither victims nor perpetrators when the collective mind expands. Today many of us can visit that mind occasionally and be aware of it. But it has always been there, therefore our thoughts, good or bad, affect everyone.

The other thing connected to this is the law of ‘karma' ... well, there is no karma, and this is just a theatre, a stage where these so called souls act. The one cannot be both victim and the perpetrator at the same time. The one (you and me) should just put aside every accusation or defence (the works for forgiveness). Stepping out of illusion is what we ought do.

This is what came to me this week. And yes, I have written this as simple as I ever can.
What do ‘you' think?

once at a zen monastery this silly layfeller somehow got fenagled into a conversation about reincarnation. the other guy asserted that reincarnation is simple- you die and your karma dictates what or if you have to come back to a life on earth.

the silly guy said, well maybe, but isn’t it more likely to be an abstraction of moment by moment? i mean, who you will be in a year is definately not who you are now- so maybe you get reincarnated within this life at every moment instead of after it.

just as the conversation ended, a very very very old monk named kanzensan happened up and said, “in your next life, you get to be him.” then he wacked dave with a cane and said, “get outa my way.”

another interesting idea- in sufism there are two particular names for god that are interesting. wahid and ahad. one is “oneness” and the other is “unity”. in hinduism, there was a very big argument before the time of buddha as to whether the experience of unity (or connectiveness of everything with everything else and thus no-self or non-separation) or the experience of oneness (or wholeness, integrity, individuity and differentiation) were more supreme. noone ever figured it out as far as i know. ;)

then there are the gnostics. double ;)

and the alchemists. triple ;)

hugs nono- you rock and roll.

Once there is a critical mass experiencing this connection it will spread rapidly, simply because of the connectivity.
