Nono's ideal working situation

Oh yes, let's see. (I feel like I was ordering pizza here, the yammiest of them all)

* The ideal working situation would be, first of all, that I have the possibility to withdraw myself whenever I feel I need that. Sometimes I really need some "alone -time" and time to think.

* I would also like to have enough authority and the mandate to make my own decitions, it doesn't have to be as the Big Boss, but perhaps a specialist of some kind, being my own woman.

* That work would demand that I use my creative skills a lot. It would challange me regulary so I wouldn't get bored (as I often do after couple of days) and in multiple areas. Both practical and analytical.

* That work would not contain too much routine task's, lets say 10 / 90 where 10 stands for the routine.

* It means also that I can do some travelling during the year, let's say every second or third month. To perhaps remote places.

* I really need to see the emprovements I do in my work and I would be really pleased if I was connected to a bigger picture in a global level, like an organisation in UN or EU or whatever, environmental issues. I would like to do some resource work and develope things & procedures.

Well, that would make my pizza just about perfect.
