I had a chance to sit in a small group with Shelley Yates, founder of Fire the Grid, about a month ago. She was incredibly real and palpably spiritual. I'd planned to be a part of a pod for 7/17, but after hearing her speak, decided that doing something that was purely and joyfully ME would be the stronger contribution during that hour. And so, I'll be swimming, floating, loving, singing praises in the beautiful Pine Lake that morning. My whole summer has come to revolve around that day, and I can't wait.
